Мне нужна была доставка в Казахстан, на сайте есть возможность посмотреть стоимость товара с доставкой практически в любую страну.
Оплатил, отправили на почту уведомление о заказе и счёт. Затем сообщили на почту о передаче в почтовую службу и предоставили номер отслеживания посылки.
Посылка пришла в установленные сроки, хорошо упакованная, без дефектов. Товар оригинальный.
Очень доволен работой данного магазина!

Be careful when buying from Smartech.ee, it's better to bypass this company altogether.

We purchased a high-end smart washer and dryer for our company. We paid for the price of the goods, transportation, and also paid for their connection. However, only after turning on the devices, it turned out that their control menu is only in German, which makes them practically unusable, since our staff does not understand German. The devices are smart, complex with wide ergonomic options, and it is very complicated to set the necessary functions for different employees with a dictionary every time.

There was no information on the store's website about the devices only having a German language menu. When we contacted the store, we were told that we should have asked about the menu language of the devices ourselves in advance before buying, and that it was not possible to return the goods. Such shirking of responsibility is not only wrong, but also against the basic principles of online commerce. Since the buyer was a legal entity, the only dispute resolution is the court. It's a pity for such a lack of time, but there is no other way out.
Imagine that you bought a smartphone. After buying it, it turns out that all its controls are only in German or any other language that you do not understand, which cannot be changed, and the store no longer accepts the product back.
We are sharing this situation to make others aware of this seller's dishonest practices and avoidance of responsibility.

Не рекомендую что либо покупать с этого паленного интернет-магазина. Если интересно моя ситуация переведите мой текст ниже в переводчике. Вкратце, товар жду 2 месяца и до сих пор жду. Те кто получил товар быстро и сразу - это чисто фартануло, второй раз так не фартанет.
А я еще ПРОЧИТАЛ ОТЗЫВЫ - думаю ну не может быть на столько плохо... норм рофл)))

Will not recommend! Don't buy any item in this estore.
I bought item at 14 September where delivery was 7-9 days. First message that I wrote, was at 3 October. They said that it will arrive in the end of October. Of course I didn't get any item in the end of October. Then I wrote at 6 November. They answered to me immediately and said that it will come tomorrow (7 Nov). Today is 11 November and still didn't get any item. I got only Smartpost tracking number and that's it. Status is "Waiting to be sent" xdd. nice rofl. Any way if it will come tomorrow or after tomorrow or after 10 days.
Again: I WILL NOT RECOMMEND. (btw it my first time when I am waiting item 2 months).

Все кто пишет какую-то хрень про этот магазин не ознакомились с информацией о доставке, люди вам отчетливо на сайте написано до 10 дней, если товар есть на складе, а то что вам ещё эту посылку не доставляли и не возвращали за нее денег, вам самим не кажется странным? Лично заказал здесь айфон 13 и пришел со склада за 5 дней

Покупка была совершена почти 4 недели назад, в этот же день был совершен возврат. Денег назад так и не получено

Tellisin kuumaõhufritüüri kingituseks, toode oli "laos olemas". Ootasin ühe nädala ära ning otsustasin uurida kaugel toode on kirjutades nende info e-posti aadressile. Vastust pole saanud. Kahe nädala pärast otsustasin helistada ja uurida, mis seis tellimusega on. Pärast seda sain vastust e-mailile, et neil olevat tekkis mingi viga ja toodet enam laos ei ole, "vabandame ja tagastame Teile raha".

На сайте написано доставка 1-3 дня, но в итоге позвонив им и спросив почему спустя 3 дня наушники не пришли они ответили что у них ошибка на сайте и они её исправят.

На письмо так и не ответили, деньги вернули после звонка на инфономер.

Полное дерьмо! Заказал товар, обещали доставку 1-3 рабочих дня, через 3 дня сообщили, что товар закончился, отменили заказ. Жду возврать денег вторую неделю. Избегайте этого магазина!

покупал наушники маршел через день пришло сообщение на мейл что товара нет в налачии и что они вернут деньги.жду уже почти месяц и так и не вернули писал им они игнорировали.не кому не советую что либо у них обслуживние на 0

Üritasin tellida neilt "laos" olevat Xiaomi tolmuimejat. vormistasin internetis tellimuse ja kandsin ka raha üle, ja jäin ootama. 3 Päeva hiljem kirjutasin, et uurida, kaugel kaup on, sest kaua see laost esindusse transportimine ikk aaega võib võtta. Mulle vastati kiirelt, et ootavad kaupa varsti ja et see tähendab "täna-homme" peaks jõudma. läks mõõda 3 tööpäeva ja kirjutasin uuesti, et kus mulle lubatud kaup on? Sellele aga vastust ei tulnud ning tuli paar päeva hiljem teavitus, et vabandavad hilinemise pärast ning kaupa oodatakse nüüd 14-21 päeva pärast.

Viimane vestlus juhtus samal päeval, kui ma seda arvustust kirjutan ning hetkel ei ole nad mulle vastanud sellele kirjale midagi.
Tundub et nende kirjavahetus on väga ebastabiilne. Kohati tuleb vastus minutitega ja kohati ei tule üldse. Mulle meeldivad ettevõtted, kellega ma ei pea üldse suhtlust algatamagi, et kus kaup on, vaid kõik käib loogiliselt ja tähtaegasid võib usaldada.

After a week of waiting, I received exactly the same new ones, and it was funny when, after unpacking, they turned out to have exactly the same problem. I had to return these too, because I didn’t want to play with postal transfers anymore and the additional financial costs asked the store to return the money, and then a whole tragicomedy began, examination of the goods for 3 weeks, then every week promises to return the money, and this has already lasted 9 weeks, the result is zero , hundreds of letters written by him and from there only promises for a fool. My next step is to contact the consumer rights service, report fraud, and if this does not work, then go to the courts, I will go all the way to return the money for the goods, moral damages, and all legal expenses. I really don't recommend this store if you don't want problems.

Наушниками пользовались неделю
Вернули, продавец задал вопрос « пробовали ли вы чистить наушники от пыли?»
Ждем экспертизу.. 3ю неделю

Tellisin Moza R5 Bundle’i ja pakk jõudis 3 päevaga pakiautomaati. Pakk oli parimas korras ja kõik toimib ideaalselt. Hind oli ka Moza Racing’u enda määratud hinnaga võrreldes väga hea! Ostaks teine kordki.

Not recommended, because for Apple products you will see some problems like and my friend. I've returned the speaker at the some day after 2 hours and they said it can't be returned, because speaker has been activated and warranty already in progress, so they cannot resell it again, but I've contacted with Apple support and they said to me they can upgrade purchase date and reset the warranty of the device, there is no problems for that. Also, I think they're a lazy to contact to them, because it's wasting their time and they don't care about 14 days policy for that case, because it's been activated. Literally it's not customers problem, but they don't care.
About my friend, he has AirPods Pro and he had a warranty and the left earpiece was making a strange noises. Smartech took that AirPods and they returned AirPods after 2 months. They told him it's fine and they didn't find any problems, but when my friend checked it he immediately see that problem. So it's up to you to decide whether to buy Apple products from them or not.

заказал телефон и оплатил. вскоре оказалось что данного цвета нет в наличии. потом согласовал другой цвет. приехал получать , но хотели подсунуть маленькую версию памяти . я отказался от их услуг. уже 15 дней не перечисляют деньги. не покупайте на данном сайте

Впервые благодаря рекламе, и хорошо оформленному магазину в сети, понадеялся получить быстро, и мой выбор остановился на Smartech.
Уважаемые, я один из сторожил всех компьютерных фирм Эстонии с 1995 года. За все годы было два казуса, этот второй за 27 лет.
Худший магазин торгующий воздухом не имея на складу товара.
Почти 3 недели назад, совершён заказ, если точнее 17.12.2022, только 20.12.2022 - вышли на связь, сообщив что заказа нет в наличии, и речь шла об одном из заказанных продуктов, о втором, даже ничего не говорили.... Гарантия оформлена от 20.12.2022 - до сих пор 6.01.2023 так ничего не получено.
Все попытки что-то выяснить уходят вникуда.... В лучшем случае что-то пообещают и пропали....
Вчера попытался выяснить, и что же с моим заказом? Вроде одно отправили, но без первого оно и надо, и не надо.... Короче больше двух недель ничего не ясно, и ничего не получено, при этом за две недели пришлось перевыбрать обе вещи на другие, а толку мало... Мне надоело играть в детские игры.
Начинаешь говорить в письме на эстонском, переходят на русский, пишешь на русском, пишут ответ на эстонском... Постоянно разные люди, нет одного ответственного.
Вчера вечером, обдумывал, обдумывал, и решил потребовать возврат денег. Письмо написано, первое в 17:13, второе позже. Ответ о возврате денег получил несколько минут назад.
Такое поведение со 100% оплатой за товар не годится никаким образом...
Почему я так категоричен?! У меня уже почти месяц как куплены все компоненты компьютера, и из-за этого уже потерян почти месяц гарантии..., и нет возможности собрать всё во едино...
При том никаких компенсаций за свои косяки, что практикуют уважающие себя фирмы, чтобы сберечь деловые отношения с клиентом, и не важно бизнес клиент это, или случайный покупатель.
Огибайте эту фирму стороной. Не серьёзно, очень несерьёзно так вести дела.
И да! Нет товара в наличии, то это необходимо быстро отмечать, а не торговать воздухом и обещаниями за чужие деньги. Нет товара, закрывайте магазин.

Заказ был выполнен в сроки! Курьер очень вежливый, помог донести заказ до квартиры! Респект!

Tellisin kauba, mis pidi laos olema. Kui 10 päevaga kätte ei saanud, uurisin, et kaua veel läheb. Öeldi, et tuleb 2 nädala pärast. Uurisin 40 päeva pärast uuesti ja küsisin, millal kaup saabub. Selle peale vastati, et ei tea ja tellimus tühistati.

Tellisin nende poest mikrofoni, tarneaeg pidavalt olema 1-3tp. Paar tundi hiljem sain meili, et tellimus viivitub 3-4 nädalat, ning et kas ma tahan selle tühistada, loomulikult ütlesin jah, järgmine päev sain vastuse et raha tagastatakse 2-5tp jooksul. Kirjutasin neile et tahan raha tänase päeva jooksul tagasi saada. Siiani pole vastust saanud.

I ordered a drone with delivery to Poland. Besides the item price and delivery cost they added 30 EUR of "service fee".
There are no notifications when something changes with your order - they changed the delivery company from DHL to Itella and I discovered that only when I saw that DHL didn't have the first number in their system. In Itella the status was "in the sorting center" for days, when I asked them why, they said that the sender canceled the delivery and didn't respond. I contacted Smartech, first they said the package was sent, but then admitted there was a mistake and they will resend it. After a few days after nothing changed in Itella order status, I asked Smartech why and they said there was a new tracking number (so I had to ask to get it). The new number wasn't found in Itella system, Smartech said it was because of the weekends, but after a day I understood they gave me a number with 1 letter missing.
For the correct number the status was "absent in the post office", Smartech promised to find out and contact me - they didn't in the next 6 days. Then I saw that the package was delivered to Finland and "delivered to the recipient" (and I ordered delivery to Poland, nit Finland). When I contacted Smartech again, they said there was a mistake, they will get the package back and send it to Poland.
At this point I asked to cancel the order, they agreed. The order status on their website didn't change until the very end and also had the very first canceled tracking number in it (it still has). They said the money would be returned "this week", a week after that I asked why that wasn't done - no reply. After another week I asked again - and on Monday they finally replied that the refund was sent, and later that day I received it. At least they refunded the full sum.
As a summary - it made the order on 29.03, on 19.04 they delivered it to the wrong country, the next day I canceled the order, and on 9.05 they returned the money. I'll avoid this shop as much as possible.

Покупал в магазине комплектующие к компу,на сайте написано что все было на складе, сделал заказ в четверг, только в воскресенье его обработали и написали что отправили. По факту отправили только во вторник, а товар получил спустя ровно неделю. Во вторник кстати звонил и уточнял, сказали "какая то ошибка" и точно отправят сегодня.. Претензий к товару нет, но если нужно что то срочно то это явно не сюда.

Не советую связыватся с этой конторой . Товар так и не получил...
