Tellisin "Smartech Kuller" teenust, eeldades kiiret oma kuller teenust. Tegelikkuses see on lihtsalt tavaline Omniva kuller. Eksitav nimetus ja turundus.

Sain kirja "tellimus on välja saadetud", aga Omniva näitas "ei ole üle antud". Seega valeinfo kliendile ja päev aega läks kaotsi.

Kirjutasin neile detailse kirja konkreetsete küsimustega:
- Miks "Smartech Kuller" on tegelikult Omniva?
- Miks vale staatus "välja saadetud"?
- Kas vabandus tuleb?
- Kas mingi kompensatsioon?

Nende vastus? MITTE SÕNAGI nende küsimuste kohta. Lihtsalt tehnilised detailid ja täielik ignoreerimine minu küsimusi.

Teine kiri saatsin - sama lugu. NULL reaktsiooni konkreetsetele küsimustele.

Kui midagi läheb valesti - teid ignoreeritakse täielikult. Tagasiside neile ei tähenda mitte midagi. Klienditeenindus puudub täielikult. Valige mõni teine pood, kus teid austatakse kui klienti.

Ostsin e-poest asja. Maksin ära. Päev hiljem teatab müüja, et tegelikult müüb mulle selle kallima hinnaga. Ma ei nõustu. Müüja tühistab tellimuse. Minu poolt ette antud tähtajaks pole raha tagasi saanud.

Tegin ja tasusin tellimuse, kuid ei jõudnud kogemata lisada veel kahte toodet. Võtsin kohe klienditoega ühendust ja palusin need olemasolevale tellimusele lisada. Mulle vastati, et tellimust muuta ei ole võimalik ning tuleb teha uus tellimus. Seetõttu tühistasin esimese tellimuse ja esitasin uue.

Möödus 12 päeva, kuid tühistatud tellimuse tagasimakset ei olnud endiselt tehtud. Alles pärast korduvat pöördumist teatati, et tagasimakse tehakse veel 3–4 päeva jooksul. Tekib mulje, et ettevõte hoiab teadlikult kliendi raha võimalikult kaua enda käes.

Lisaks oli tootelehel märgitud kohaletoimetamise ajaks 9–11 tööpäeva, mille tõttu ma selle poe valisingi. Kui 12 päeva hiljem uurisin saadetise saatmise kuupäeva, teatati mulle, et tellimus saadetakse alles 18 tööpäeva pärast (mis on peaaegu terve kalendrikuu) ning ka seda tähtaega ei garanteerita.

Kogemus on väga negatiivne: tähtaegadest ei peeta kinni, lubadusi ei täideta ja tagasimakseid viivitatakse. Soovitan enne selles poes tellimist tõsiselt järele mõelda.

I did not want to cancel the order and referred to Estonian legislation, which states that you cannot change the price of the product after the actual purchase at the agreed price, this is illegal, you have to deliver the product that I had already bought. They wrote to me that at that price they "no longer have the product" and refunded my money. That is, the company was given an interest-free loan at my expense for 2 weeks, and I was left without the product that I urgently needed and was forced to buy it elsewhere after this incident. The service is deceptive, not customer-oriented and violates the law. Do not buy from them.

15.08.25 зашёл в магазин,чтобы купить холодильник для автомобиля.Продавец сидел в компьютере.Я поздоровался,он не посчитал нужным.Не отрывая глаз от компьютера сказал повышеным тоном:"Говорите"! Выяснилось следующее : в интернете написано "Товар на складе".Оказывается склад находится в Польше.Про доставку,как пишут обычно другие магазины,ничего не сказано.В Smartech доставка,чтобы все знали,5-7 дней!В Польшу я могу сам съездить туда и обратно за 3 дня и купить всё,что мне нужно и без вас-посредников обойтись!

Я заказала наушники 08.06, пришли 17.06. Заметьте что на сайте у товара указана приблизительное время доставки, то есть максимум 10 дней. Доставка идет от одного рабочего дня ПОСЛЕ оформления заказа и дни считаются только рабочие!

Мне нужна была доставка в Казахстан, на сайте есть возможность посмотреть стоимость товара с доставкой практически в любую страну.
Оплатил, отправили на почту уведомление о заказе и счёт. Затем сообщили на почту о передаче в почтовую службу и предоставили номер отслеживания посылки.
Посылка пришла в установленные сроки, хорошо упакованная, без дефектов. Товар оригинальный.
Очень доволен работой данного магазина!

Be careful when buying from Smartech.ee, it's better to bypass this company altogether.

We purchased a high-end smart washer and dryer for our company. We paid for the price of the goods, transportation, and also paid for their connection. However, only after turning on the devices, it turned out that their control menu is only in German, which makes them practically unusable, since our staff does not understand German. The devices are smart, complex with wide ergonomic options, and it is very complicated to set the necessary functions for different employees with a dictionary every time.

There was no information on the store's website about the devices only having a German language menu. When we contacted the store, we were told that we should have asked about the menu language of the devices ourselves in advance before buying, and that it was not possible to return the goods. Such shirking of responsibility is not only wrong, but also against the basic principles of online commerce. Since the buyer was a legal entity, the only dispute resolution is the court. It's a pity for such a lack of time, but there is no other way out.
Imagine that you bought a smartphone. After buying it, it turns out that all its controls are only in German or any other language that you do not understand, which cannot be changed, and the store no longer accepts the product back.
We are sharing this situation to make others aware of this seller's dishonest practices and avoidance of responsibility.

Не рекомендую что либо покупать с этого паленного интернет-магазина. Если интересно моя ситуация переведите мой текст ниже в переводчике. Вкратце, товар жду 2 месяца и до сих пор жду. Те кто получил товар быстро и сразу - это чисто фартануло, второй раз так не фартанет.
А я еще ПРОЧИТАЛ ОТЗЫВЫ - думаю ну не может быть на столько плохо... норм рофл)))

Will not recommend! Don't buy any item in this estore.
I bought item at 14 September where delivery was 7-9 days. First message that I wrote, was at 3 October. They said that it will arrive in the end of October. Of course I didn't get any item in the end of October. Then I wrote at 6 November. They answered to me immediately and said that it will come tomorrow (7 Nov). Today is 11 November and still didn't get any item. I got only Smartpost tracking number and that's it. Status is "Waiting to be sent" xdd. nice rofl. Any way if it will come tomorrow or after tomorrow or after 10 days.
Again: I WILL NOT RECOMMEND. (btw it my first time when I am waiting item 2 months).

Все кто пишет какую-то хрень про этот магазин не ознакомились с информацией о доставке, люди вам отчетливо на сайте написано до 10 дней, если товар есть на складе, а то что вам ещё эту посылку не доставляли и не возвращали за нее денег, вам самим не кажется странным? Лично заказал здесь айфон 13 и пришел со склада за 5 дней

Покупка была совершена почти 4 недели назад, в этот же день был совершен возврат. Денег назад так и не получено

Tellisin kuumaõhufritüüri kingituseks, toode oli "laos olemas". Ootasin ühe nädala ära ning otsustasin uurida kaugel toode on kirjutades nende info e-posti aadressile. Vastust pole saanud. Kahe nädala pärast otsustasin helistada ja uurida, mis seis tellimusega on. Pärast seda sain vastust e-mailile, et neil olevat tekkis mingi viga ja toodet enam laos ei ole, "vabandame ja tagastame Teile raha".

На сайте написано доставка 1-3 дня, но в итоге позвонив им и спросив почему спустя 3 дня наушники не пришли они ответили что у них ошибка на сайте и они её исправят.

На письмо так и не ответили, деньги вернули после звонка на инфономер.

Üritasin tellida neilt "laos" olevat Xiaomi tolmuimejat. vormistasin internetis tellimuse ja kandsin ka raha üle, ja jäin ootama. 3 Päeva hiljem kirjutasin, et uurida, kaugel kaup on, sest kaua see laost esindusse transportimine ikk aaega võib võtta. I had to return these too, because I didn’t want to play with postal transfers anymore and the additional financial costs asked the store to return the money, and then a whole tragicomedy began, examination of the goods for 3 weeks, then every week promises to return the money, and this has already lasted 9 weeks, the result is zero , hundreds of letters written by him and from there only promises for a fool. My next step is to contact the consumer rights service, report fraud, and if this does not work, then go to the courts, I will go all the way to return the money for the goods, moral damages, and all legal expenses. I really don't recommend this store if you don't want problems.

Наушники работают не корректно. Не заряжают и не подключаются должным образом. Айфон уведомляет проверить подлинность лицензии наушников.
Наушниками пользовались неделю
Вернули, продавец задал вопрос « пробовали ли вы чистить наушники от пыли?»
Ждем экспертизу.. 3ю неделю

Tellisin Moza R5 Bundle’i ja pakk jõudis 3 päevaga pakiautomaati. Pakk oli parimas korras ja kõik toimib ideaalselt. Hind oli ka Moza Racing’u enda määratud hinnaga võrreldes väga hea! Ostaks teine kordki.

About my friend, he has AirPods Pro and he had a warranty and the left earpiece was making a strange noises. Smartech took that AirPods and they returned AirPods after 2 months. They told him it's fine and they didn't find any problems, but when my friend checked it he immediately see that problem. So it's up to you to decide whether to buy Apple products from them or not.
